2. TO ENTER: All entrants may enter the contest via online form provided on LauraBraniganOnline.com, or via mail on a postcard. All entries must have the entrant's name, full mailing address with ZIP code, phone number with area code (and country code if outside the United States or Canada), and a valid email address for the entrant, all clearly legible to be considered valid entries. Mail-in entries must be sent only to the mailing address provided (LauraBraniganOnline.com, "Play Gloria" Contest, PO Box 155, Greensburg, PA 15601-0155). Electronic entries must be submitted only through the online form provided on the LauraBraniganOnline.com website. No alternate means of entry permitted.

The Contest will begin on Sunday, July 26, 2020, and will end at 11:59 PM EDT on Monday, August 17, 2020. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EDT, Monday, August 17, 2020 to be considered. Multiple entries are NOT permitted; only one entry per person or household. LauraBraniganOnline.com will not be responsible for incomplete or illegible entries, whether electronic or written, or for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected mail. All entries become the property of LauraBraniganOnline.com and none will be returned.

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to residents of any country (except where prohibited by law) 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Associates of Other Half Entertainment, LauraBraniganOnline.com, and all affiliated companies, entities, and organizations are not eligible to enter.

4. PRIZES: One winner will be chosen overall at random from all eligible entries submitted during the contest period as described above. The selected winner will receive one (1) St. Louis Blues "Gloria!" T-shirt (size XL), one (1) St. Louis Blues Stanley Cup Finals placard sign, one (1) NHL-licensed 2019 Stanley Cup Championship puck, and one (1) 8x10 photo of the Laura Branigan "Gloria-ous" image as used in for the Spirit of Love 2019 Memorial Gathering event. Approximate retail value of prize package is $65.00 US.

5. ODDS: The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest period.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE: The Winners will be notified by email on Tuesday, August 18, 2020. Winner has three (3) days to respond to the notification email. The return of the prize notification email as undeliverable may result in the disqualification of a Winner, and an alternate Winner may be selected. If a Winner does not respond within the specified time, the selected Winner will be called via the telephone number submitted, if the selected Winner from the US or Canada, or will be sent a final email notice, if the selected Winner is from any other country other than the US or Canada. If the selected Winner has not responded within 24 hours after this final contact attempt (telephone call or final email notice), said Winner forfeits the prize, and an alternate Winner will be chosen from the remaining eligible entries. Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable. No substitutions are allowed. Failure of Winner to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may, at the sole discretion of Other Half Entertainment, result in Winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in a prize, and the award of prize to an alternate winner. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contests constitutes entrant's consent to the publication of his or her name and image in any media for promotional purposes on LauraBraniganOnline.com, without limitation or further compensation. The prize winner's names will be available on LauraBraniganOnline.com after winner notification and confirmation.

7. PRIZE DELIVERY: Once Winners are confirmed, the corresponding Prizes will be shipped to the valid Winners via United States Postal Service Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation tracking in the case of a US winner, or USPS First Class Mail International in the case of a winner from any other country.

8. PARTICIPATION: Participation in the Contest constitutes an agreement by each contestant to comply with these Official Rules. Further, in the case of items offered as prizes whose orgin is from a Spirit of Love event, participation in the Contest constitutes an agreement by each contestant that such items are intended as unique commemorative items, created for the sole purpose of Laura's memorial gathering, that such items are not sold, and that out of respect for Laura Branigan and the spirit of the memorial gatherings, any such prize won is strictly and specifically prohibited from sale or resale. By participation in the Contest, contestants agree to not sell, in any manner, any prizes won. Other Half Entertainment reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if it determines, in its sole discretion, that fraud has destroyed the integrity of the Contest.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering the Contest, contestant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contests, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any contestant be permitted to obtain any award for, and contestant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

10. CONSTRUCTION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the contestant and Other Half Entertainment in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained herein.

11. GENERAL RELEASE: By entering the Contest, contestants release LauraBraniganOnline.com, Other Half Entertainment, and any other affiliated companies or promotional sponsors, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light).

12. SPONSOR: This Contest is sponsored by Other Half Entertainment and LauraBraniganOnline.com, whose decisions regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. LauraBraniganOnline.com will not be responsible for typographical, printing, Internet display, or other inadvertent errors in these Official Contest Rules or in other materials relating to the contest.
