This past week, legacy manager Kathy Golik of Other Half Entertainment spent time on Long Island, New York, and made a meaningful visit to Laura’s neighborhood in East Quogue. On a beautiful autumn day in the Hamptons, she drove through the area Laura last called home, reflecting on the memories and legacy Laura left behind.
Kathy then made her way to the peaceful gazebo and pier in Laura's neighborhood that overlooks the inlet, a place where Laura often found comfort, tranquility, and a connection to nature. Standing there, surrounded by the quiet beauty of the water and changing fall colors, Kathy felt especially close to Laura's spirit.
In remembrance of Laura, and on behalf of her devoted fans around the world, Kathy placed flowers at this special spot. These flowers were given as symbols of love, admiration, gratitude, and remembrance, honoring a woman whose voice, talent, and spirit continue to touch lives across generations. Kathy is happy to share this meaningful moment with all of you.
Laura, you are loved, missed, and remembered every day. Though the years pass, the love, joy, and light you brought into this world remain alive in the hearts of those who cherish you, while your music continues to connect us across generations. We carry you forever in our hearts.
