40 years ago today on June 8, 1984, "Ghostbusters," the film that merged the supernatural and comedy, was released. This blockbuster was the #1 film in theatres for 7 weeks, making it one of the most successful comedy films of the 80s. "Ghostbusters" remains a pop culture phenomenon to this day. Laura appears on the soundtrack for the film with the sizzling "Hot Night," written by Diane Warren and The Doctor, and produced by Jack White and Robbie Buchanan. What an AWESOME song...should have been released as a single!!
