This celebration of Laura's life, artistry, and legacy will take place August 16-18 on Long Island, New York. Our host hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn Islip/MacArthur Airport in Ronkonkoma, New York. We will also visit various points of interest in the beautiful area surrounding us.
The weekend will be filled with various activities, as we remember Laura and pay tribute to her on the 20th year after her passing. We also will celebrate the 40th anniversary of Laura's iconic single and album SELF CONTROL! We will also be joined by our special guest, musician and songwriter Chris Van Cleave, Laura's bandmate and friend from the folk-rock group Meadow founded in the 1970's.
